Your requests will be processed within 30 days. We may ask that your request be accompanied by a photocopy of proof of identity or authority.
    If you have opened a customer account, you can also change your personal details yourself at any time by logging into your account and clicking on « edit my profile ».

    As a general rule, Alennott uses cookies and tracking to improve and personalise the site and/or measure its audience. Cookies are files stored on your computer’s hard drive when you browse the Internet, and in particular the site. A cookie is not used to collect personal data without your knowledge, but to record information relating to your browsing on the site, which may be read directly by Alennott when you visit the site or make subsequent requests.

Data retention


Alenott collects your personal data for the purposes of fulfilling its contractual obligations as well as information about how and how often you use our services and we store this data in active databases, log files or other types of files for as long as you use our services.
Alennott will only store your data for as long as is necessary to provide the service, and for no longer than three months after you close your account (unless otherwise required by law). You will be able to access your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a period which may vary depending on the type of data concerned. Your event data (statistics for example) will be deleted every 13 months while your account remains active. The content of your message will only be stored for a period of 6 days. Other data may be deleted at any time during active use of your account, in accordance with the provisions set out above.

Location of data storage and transfers

The hosting servers on which Alennott processes and stores the databases are located exclusively within the European Union.
Alennott undertakes to inform you immediately, insofar as we are legally authorised to do so, in the event of a request from an administrative or judicial authority relating to your data.

Security

As part of its services, Alennott attaches the utmost importance to the security and integrity of its customers’ personal data.
Accordingly, and in compliance with the RGPD, Alennott undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of data and in particular to protect it against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, as well as against any other form of unlawful processing or disclosure to unauthorised persons.
To this end, Alennott implements industry standard security measures to protect personal data from unauthorised disclosure.

Furthermore, in order to prevent unauthorised access and to guarantee the accuracy and proper use of data, Alennott has put in place appropriate electronic, physical and managerial procedures to safeguard and preserve the data collected through its services.
Even so, no-one can consider themselves completely safe from a hacker attack. That is why, in the event of a security breach affecting you, Alennott undertakes to inform you as soon as possible and to do its utmost to take all possible measures to neutralise the intrusion and minimise its impact. In the event that you suffer damage as a result of the exploitation of a security vulnerability by a third party, Alennott undertakes to provide you with all necessary assistance so that you can assert your rights.
You should bear in mind that any user, customer or hacker who discovers a security vulnerability and exploits it may be subject to criminal sanctions and that Alennott will take all measures, including filing a complaint and/or taking legal action, to protect the data and rights of its users and itself and to limit the impact as far as possible.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Alennott reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, in particular in application of changes to the laws and regulations in force. You will be notified of any such changes via our website or by email, wherever possible at least thirty (30) days before they come into effect. We recommend that you check these rules from time to time to remain informed of our procedures and rules concerning your personal information.
